The Mixed-Up Adventures of the Merry Mederich's.

Time keeps moving forward.  11 weeks have already passed since we welcomed sweet Via into the world.  Life is so busy that I haven't had much time for doing too many extra-curricular activities (like blogging).  But the baby is napping (for once), so I'll try to get an update out there. Since we moved to the frigid north life has been somewhat challenging.  Via went from sleeping 5-6 hours straight, to giving us only 2-3 hour chunks of sleep.  Yikes.  Some days Justin and I both closely resemble zombies.  On the upside of things, she is an absolute delight when she is awake.  Smiling, blowing bubbles, showing interest in toys, batting at the dangling items on the play gym, and growing all the time!  From her four week checkup to her eight week checkup she grew two whole inches!  At her eight week checkup she was 50th percentile for weight and 90th for height.  I'm still trying to figure out if this tall skinny baby is my child....
